Sherman for District 24 state Senate
To the Editor:
Residents of District 24 have the opportunity on Nov. 8 to cast a vote for a state Senate candidate who is full of integrity, is committed to working for his constituents, and has a proven track record. If the attributes just listed are what residents of District 24 are looking for in a State Senator, casting a vote for Dr. Tom Sherman would accomplish just that.
Tom Sherman has already proven his commitment to the residents of NH in both his time serving as a State Representative as well as in his job as a local physician caring for Seacoast residents.
It is both of these roles, a physician and state representative, that gives Tom a unique perspective and ability to serve.
In his time as a State Representative, Tom has served as Chairman of the Governor’s Task Force on the Seacoast Cancer Cluster. He was an instrumental part of developing compromise legislation that became the NH Health Protection Program. Tom has used his knowledge as a physician, while working as a State Representative, to work on combating the opioid and heroin crisis our state faces.
I am proud to be a resident of District 24 and to have the opportunity on November 8th to cast a ballot for a candidate who I feel will represent my community well. I would encourage all voters in District 24 to consider Dr. Tom Sherman’s candidacy. I think you will find that his candidacy gives you the opportunity to vote for an individual who has worked hard for NH in the past and has the experience and knowledge to represent us well in the State Senate in the future.
