CONCORD — From a physician’s perspective, there is a big difference between “medical marijuana” and “therapeutic cannabis.”
It may seem like semantics, but state Rep. Tom Sherman, D-Rye, said the wording points to the main difference between New Hampshire legislators’ efforts to legalize marijuana for medical use and similar efforts in other states.
“This is not going the direction of states like Colorado, where we’re talking about legalizing marijuana. We’re talking about the specific, highly regulated ability to use cannabis … in medical therapy,” he said. Read More
